Carrot Seed - Amsterdam 2 Maxi. An excellent baby carrot variety with a strong colour and taste. Slender root that crops well. Foilage tends to hold up too. 
Sow April-June ( Earlier in Greenhouse or under protection) 1cm deep in rows. Thin to 10cm apart when large enough to handle. 
Best harvested when crop is smaller for maximum taste, yet can be left in the ground to grow.
