Lettuce - Little Gem

Lettuce - Little Gem. This Cos variety is one of the most common Lettuce varieties for good reason. Little Gem has a good germination rate and grows quickly. 
Sow March-July 2cm deep in partial shade and light soil. Thin to 30cm apart. Ideally where it is to harvest although plants can be transplanted when young.
Harvest from 4-12 weeks dependent on time of year. Growing season longer in Greenhouse and under protection.
