Pak Choi has become a sought after vegetable, packed with goodness that go fantastic in a stir fry. It can easily be grown in the UK. Dwarf Canton White is a smaller variety that can be harvested young as baby leaf salad or left to mature to thick succulent white stems. 
Sow April-May 1.5cm deep in rich fertile soil. Can be sown earlier in a greenhouse. Once germinated thin to 10cm apart. When the seedling gets around 6cm high it can be transplanted to final position. Keep well watered to prevent bolting and harvest at your preference.
